Organic barrel aged gin from Paraguay

Sincere Barrel Aged is an organic, South American gin with a twist of whiskey. Citrus, lime, oranges and junipers are powerful basic elements. In addition, for 24 hours, a 'gin basket' is added to the distillate with local ingredients such as angelica root, star anise, orris root, cloves, cinnamon, pink peppercorns, lemongrass and congorosa. All ingredients are harvested locally and are organic. Finally, the gin is aged for 45 days in bourbon casks, which give the gin its characteristic golden color and whiskey notes.
